Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 100% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more to the rental start date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 4 to 6 days of the rental start date.
• No refund for cancellations made less then 3 before the rental start date.   
  
• Refunds are not issued for unused rental days or items that are returned earlier than the original reservation date. 
  

Responsibility for Rental Items

The Client is responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the rental item(s) during the rental period. In such cases, the Client agrees to pay the full replacement value of the affected item(s). Magic Baby Rentals is authorized to charge the replacement cost to the Client’s credit card on file.
